For our office in Hamburg we are looking for a Finan­cial Accoun­tant (m/f/d).

Your Tasks:

• Reconciliation/clarification of customer, insurer and general ledger accounts
• Inde­pen­dent posting of bank accounts, credit cards
• Support in the prepa­ra­tion of annual finan­cial statements
• Coordination/control of payments and bank balances
• Exten­sive admi­nis­tra­tion (docu­men­ta­tion, prepa­ra­tion of annual finan­cial statements)
• Direct commu­ni­ca­tion with dome­stic and foreign ship­ping and insu­rance companies
• Checking and allo­ca­tion of inco­ming invoices
• Proces­sing of dunning and claim payments
• Proces­sing of travel expense reports

Your Profile

• Quali­fied completed trai­ning or successfully completed studies with a focus on finance/controlling
• First profes­sional expe­ri­ence in accoun­ting is desirable
• Expe­ri­ence in the field of taxa­tion law (sales and insu­rance tax) would be an advantage
• Affi­nity and accu­racy in dealing with numbers in daily business
• Fluent in spoken and written English (C1)
• Team player with inde­pen­dent way of working
• High customer- and service orientation
• Profi­cient in MS Office (Excel)
